President Director of BMT NU Ngasem Group Attends National Cooperative Dialogue in Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta, July 20, 2025 — In commemoration of the 78th National Cooperative Day, the President Director of Holding Koperasi BMT NU Ngasem Group took part in the National Cooperative Dialogue and Discussion, held at Grand Keisha Hotel, Yogyakarta.
This prestigious event was attended by prominent figures in the cooperative movement, including the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia, lecturers from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), cooperative activists from across the country, and the Chairman of FORKOPI
The discussion focused on the future direction of Indonesia’s cooperative movement, strategies for strengthening cooperative institutions, and the importance of innovation in cooperative governance.
The President Director also had the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with Prof. Dr. Jamhari, S.P., M.P., a UGM Professor in Agricultural Economics and Land Management, who also serves as the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives. He shared valuable insights on revitalizing the cooperative sector as a driver of national economic development.
The event concluded with a communal meal, fostering camaraderie and strengthening the bonds between cooperative leaders.
